We start with a deep dive into you. Your digestion, your energy, your habits, your stress, your life. I look at the full picture, not just symptoms. You’ll answer questions about food, sleep, lifestyle, and what you actually want to feel like in your body. This gives me the roadmap to support you properly.
Personalized Plan
Your plan is built around your body, your reality, and your capacity. We focus on nourishment, gut support, nervous system regulation, and simple shifts that make a big difference. Think realistic, not restrictive.
Education & Support
I don’t just tell you what to do, I help you understand your body so you can trust it again. I’m trained through IIN and Limoges College, but beyond certifications, I bring real life experience and years of working with women on their gut and mindset. You’ll learn habits, mindset tools, and stress support that you can actually sustain.
Accountability
You’re not left alone to figure it out. We check in weekly so you stay supported, motivated, and on track. There’s also the option for ongoing support with direct access to me 24/7 if you want that extra container.
Collaboration
This is a partnership. I guide, but you stay in the driver’s seat. We adjust based on what your body is telling us and what’s happening in your life. The goal is to create changes that feel good and last.

THE before/after Zelata My Story
Before I ever became a health coach, I was the girl dealing with skin I couldn’t hide. Not under makeup, not under anything. It was pretty bad.
I had intense rosacea. Redness, flare-ups, irritation that felt impossible to calm down. And if you’ve ever struggled with your skin, you know it’s not “just cosmetic.” It affects how you show up, how you feel, and how confident you are day to day.
But at the same time, it wasn’t just my skin.
I was also dealing with bloating, uncomfortable digestion, and that constant puffy, inflamed feeling in my body. Some days I’d wake up already swollen. My energy was low and unpredictable, and I didn’t feel good in my own body.
There were periods where my self-confidence was so low I avoided plans or didn’t feel like going out. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own face or my body.
At the time, I kept looking for external fixes. Creams, products, quick solutions, diet trends. Some helped a little, nothing really lasted.
What I didn’t know yet was that my gut, my stress levels, and my lifestyle were all connected to what was showing up on my skin — and how I felt in my body.
When I started learning about gut health and supporting my body from the inside out, things slowly shifted. Not overnight, not perfectly, but in a real, sustainable way.
